salade des fruits au jus d’orange congelé

vous voudrez:
1 peach
1 apple
1 large orange

1) dice peach and apple into one-inch cubes. toss together in a medium bowl.

2) slice orange into quarters.

3) juice three quarters of the orange directly over the cubes of fruit. slice the remaining quarter into three to five thin slices and arrange over fruit.

4) stick in freezer for as long or as little as you like. i like it chilled on a hot day, but if you’re patient you can keep it there for several hours and freeze the orange juice completely. delicious.

5) serve in a christmas cup for a dash of irony.
